We are currently seeking a Green Utility Business Analyst in our Sydney head office. The role will be primary responsible for the analysis, establishment and management of each Green Utility business opportunity plan, preparation of commercial assessment models, quarterly performance reviews, profit plan documents, managing revenue cost budgets and supporting the Green Utility Business Development Manager with commercial negotiations, contractor arrangements and the built form design process.
Suitable candidates will have extensive financial analytical experience, the ability to define and identify revenue and operational cost opportunities and the capacity to draw data information from a broad range of sources. Your strong commercial acumen along with your ability to develop relationships with investors, tenants and senior executives will be essential.
