Grey Trading Manager Job in Dublin

A leading retail FMCG company are looking for a driven and commercially astute professional to fill a role of a grey trader export sales manager. The successful candidate will have to generate export volume sales to achieve budget sales and margin expectations including developing new sales opportunities. Reduce the cost of goods by identifying and executing purchasing opportunities from the Grey market. This will include finding new avenues to source product. Company located in Dublin are looking to expand there operations both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement bulk customer sales plan to generate sales, margin, LTA and income fro the financial year (targets agreed on an annual basis).
* Implement and communicate grey sourcing plan across the business.
* Preparation of annual business plan document outlining income strategy and actions to achieve all financial targets.
* Develop robust trackers to manage export sales and grey buying benefits.
* Negotiate the total purchase cost of products for the company and its customers supported by the Trading controller.
* Identify through the grey market, Cost of goods (COGs) reductions and deliver against these targets.
* Leveraging the overall buying power of the company in all negotiations.
* Monitor vendor performance (inbound service level, out of stocks, etc.), taking steps to address poor performance as necessary.
* Develop export sales business.
* Develop and implement export sales business plan in ROI that delivers on growth potential of the business.
* Ensure proper communication and movement of stock between North and South and across divisions as necessary.
* Grow sustainable customer list across GB,Europeand further afield where appropriate.
* Delivering new sales opportunity's with new customers.
* Secure new customers to drive additional sales opportunity.

Requirements:

Graduate degree

Commercial experience, excellent selling skills

Experience in Grey market trading

Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of a wholesale or retail environment and dealing with a wide customer base
