GRIC Insurance Director recruitment
We are seeking to appoint a GRIC Insurance Director to assist the team in growing the practice further. As the GRIC Insurance Director you will maintain a portfolio of insurance sector clients in the delivery of GRIC related services. You will contribute towards the achievement of the GRIC Insurance team’s targets and objectives all pertaining to being the pre eminent provider of these services in the sector.
As the successful GRIC Insurance Director, you will:
- Take responsibility for the agreeing of annual plans, scopes, draft reports and final reports with clients via the effective management of teams delivering GRIC services.
- Develop and build the GRIC Insurance portfolio through business development and profile raising initiatives.
- Report into Partners on the progress and maintenance of the assigned portfolio.
- Take responsibility for the financial position of the above mentioned portfolio.
- Provide technical training and technical support to the wider GRIC Insurance team.
- Take an active role in keeping the GRIC Insurance team busy at all times via chargeable or non chargeable assignments.
- Lead a substantial team of staff.
As the successful GRIC Insurance Director you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Substantial internal audit experience.
- Substantial Lloyd’s of London experience.
- Significant FSA experience and knowledge.
- Significant experience of business development.
- Recent professional services background (although not required to be current employment.)
- ACA or IIA qualified.
