Grindex AB (www.grindex.com) supplies submersible pumps for the dewatering business, mainly to mining and construction applications. Grindex AB is operating through distributors in more than 70 countries all over the world.
Grindex is looking for a Technical Support Manager
In order to continue Grindex successful growth path and further develop and improve Grindex AB’s marketing and technical support Grindex is looking for a Technical Support Manager.
As Technical Support Manager you will be the manager for Grindex AB’s technical support team and responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of activities within Grindex AB technical support.
The technical support manager will support the marketing manager in Grindex strategic development within marketing/technical support and product development.
Background and personal qualities
The ideal candidate to fill the position holds a Bachelor of Science within the Electrical/Mechanical Engineering field and has at least 5 years of technical/marketing support and service within a Grindex similar industry. You have prior project management or supervisor experience.
Experience of CAD and ERP systems is an advantage.
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated team player with customer focus. Someone positive, outgoing, well organized and goal oriented. You have the ability to build strong client relationships. You are both theoretical and practical as the job will require high level planning, daily support duties and practical support in the field. You have excellent language skills in English, other language skills is an advantage.
You will be working out of Grindex office in Sundbyberg, Stockholm, Sweden, but you are expected to travel 30-40 working days per year.
