Responsibilities: Interior/exterior cleanliness of the building; trash removal, assisting in the renovation of vacant units, cleaning laundry rooms machines, delivering notices. Prior Maintenance/Janitorial experience preferred.
There is a lot of walking involved with this position because the property grounds are spread out.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow through and carry out work orders
Hard-working and energetic, posses strong people skills, and a team player.
Must be on call
Must have a car
Must be dependable
