• Fullresponsibilityfor key indicators of the productivity including the brand's market share, PL ...Improves them.

• Manages and enhances the core values ??of the brand. Leadsand managescross-functional Brand Management teams. Supports the mission of the brand, communication strategy and brand’s positioning.

• Creates and manages the implementation of brand marketing plan in order toincrease the major Indicators and achieve the main goals of the company. Coordinates the development of a business plan of the brand and manages the implementation of this plan.

• Develops an annual plan in order to develop consumer brand values, including the development of the portfolio, pricing, distribution and promotion.

• Leads in the process of conducting market and competitive environment, including information on competitors' products, their strengths and weaknesses, promotion, pricing and distribution, their market shares.

• Calculates and manages the launch of the new SKU of the brandworking in the team with the Innovation and NPD Manager.

• Participates in the development brief for the creation of creative ideas and monitoring compliance of brand’s strategy to all the creative concepts for all promotional materials.

• Effectively manages the team of the brand.

• Successful experience in managing strong brands from 3 years in the Western and Russian FMCG-companies.

• Experience in the development of new business, launching brands.
