Exchange is looking for a successful, highly skilled and motivated Group Assistant. We are looking for someone who can deal with ambiguity and navigate strategically in a fast paced environment while having high energy and a professional attitude. In this role you will perform a variety of complex administrative functions. A couple of the key responsibilities include the following but are not limited to just these tasks: Vender Management: Duties include partnering with Vendor Company and managers to procure and onboard vendors using MS internal tools and products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will be responsible for ensuring proper forms are completed prior to onboarding of vendors. You would also track PO extensions, onboard and terminate vendors through the HR tool, as well as send status updates to management. Team support: Weekly ordering and tracking of team supplies and inventory. Computer purchasing and asset tracking refreshing. New hire onboarding and office scrubbing. Catering of team events and all hands. Assisting with space planning and morale events. The ideal candidate will: Have minimum two years of demonstrated business administrative experience in a fast paced administrative capacity. React with appropriate urgency to situations and events as they arise; Possess strong communication skills and an ability to remove barriers to ensure success. Be flexible and able to prioritize and balance incoming work. Embrace an ever changing environment Be highly detail-oriented; have strong multi-tasking skills in a demanding org; practice consistent and timely follow-through. High integrity and be able to handle confidential information appropriately. Have the ability to work collaboratively with Administrative team across the org and overall division. Be able to work independently and take initiative in seeking out new opportunities. Be a power user of MS products including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Have enough technical savvy to learn internal MS Tools and Products; MOD:EXE
