Group Chief Financial Officer – Natural Resources recruitment
Duties:
- Manage the Financial Management, Corporate Development and Investor Relationship functions of the Group, including Private and Listed entities.
- Advise Board of Directors and Management on overall strategies, particularly related to Capital Planning, Financial Management, and Investor Relationships
- Responsible for Financial and Management Reports, Consolidation, Budgeting, Treasury, Taxation, Strategic Planning
- Oversee initiatives related to the Capital Markets and Corporate Development
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant
- Solid experience in a senior financial management position in a listed company.
- Strong people management and familiar with the cultural in China
- Experience in the natural resources sector highly desirable
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Willingness for frequent travel
