Our client, located near Zurich is the service office for a renowned, internationally branched family of entrepreneurs. It is designed to provide comprehensive advice beyond traditional asset management to its clientele of family members with complex ownership and asset structures. To guarantee compliance with all international regulatory frameworks and agencies at the highest level of proficiency, we are looking to appoint you as
with a manifold field of activities comprising tasks such as:
- Development of compliance policies and procedures across the organization, primarily for financial regulatory compliance, but also in other areas such as client privacy, records and contract management etc.
- Design, implementation and maintenance of governance structures in various areas of the business
- Responsibility for legal projects, mostly within corporate law, as compliance specialist or supporting other lawyers in the group
This role with high visibility and strategic relevance in a variety of areas such as Compliance, Governance and Legal, demands the skills of a seasoned and sound professional. A proven track record in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) in a regulated industry with international scope, preferably but not exclusively within the financial services field must be held. Your excellent academic background in Law or Finance and your high ethical standards and personal integrity will qualify you for this promising position with opportunity for further development. Your impeccable interpersonal skills ensure successful communication throughout the organization. You are sensitive to the very specific needs of each and every client, while clearly defining the overall risk management strategy. International CVs are welcome!
