Group Compliance Manager
Oversight, compliance advice and monitoring. Covering all areas of the FSA Handbook and Joint Money Laundering Steering Group Guidance
- Risk and compliance monitoring, review and sign off of financial promotions and record keeping
- Supporting the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
- Supporting the Training Competence regime including inductions, training and providing materials and procedural knowledge for the business
- Assisting in the preparation of information required for the Executive Committee, Board meetings and audit committee
- Ad hoc projects
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following mix of skills and experience.
- Experience in Financial Services regulation
- Knowledge of the FSA Handbook and the statutory framework for financial services regulation
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Commercially aware, whilst able to demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a team environment
