Group Cost Management Manager

The Role
* Proactively identify and prioritize initiatives to manage cost and drive implementation, working in tandem with key business owners
* Responsible for driving cost management initiatives company-wide
* Facilitate tender processes and negotiation of contracts (SLA, payment terms) with business leaders to ensure best practices are implemented across the business
* Proactive Identification, quantification prioritisation of areas where savings / efficiency gains can be made
* Report progress on monthly/quarterly to senior management and Finance leaders
* Benchmark key cost categories

The Candidate
* 7+ years of international procurement experience (SLA, negotiation, streamline global vendors, policy making)
* Experience in developing / implementing procurement strategies
* Demonstrable track record of driving cost efficiency in an international business
* Proven supplier benchmarking and spend analysis experience
* Experience in developing / implementing procurement strategies
* Ability to work collaboratively across functions and proactively drive / implement solutions
* Flexible, pragmatic and professional approach, coupled with ability to anticipate problems and work with incomplete information
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in the usage of MS Excel, PowerPoint
* Willingness to take responsibility for areas outside of the core remit
