Group FC position
Dublin, Ireland
Salary 90,000 plus Bonus 25% (dependent upon group performance)
The position manages 2 Financial controllers with teams of 5 each.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up standard processes and procedures
- Setting up of financial controls across the group
- Managing team of 10-12 staff
- Managing the risk and controls for the group
- Team management including mentoring, appraisals and indeed hiring
- Managing cashflow and monitoring costs
- Migrating operations from mainland Europe
- Integrating new business into the group
- Commercial input and strategic planning
- Board reporting
The ideal candidate will have gaming experience and will be detail orientate, particularly in the area of financial controls, whilst also having a commercial outlook and enthusiasm to assist with growth opportunities for the group.
Requirements:
- 5+ years post qualification experience (qualified accountant)
- Industry experience in a group
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Exposure to tight deadlines and controls previously
Experience migrating a finance function and gaming industry experience would be advantageous.
This is a permanent position based in Dublin city centre with some infrequent travel around Europe.
