Group Finance Analyst Job in Hemel Hempstead, Home Counties Uk
Role Purpose:
To provide analysis, understanding and challenge for investment decision making in the Group Innovation and IT functions. To provide reporting, analysis and support for the capital management processes across the group.
Specific Areas of Role Accountability:
Provide analysis, understanding and challenge for group wide investment decision making in IT and Group Innovation, through direct involvement or providing modelling capability
Integral part of group innovation projects, providing financial analysis and expertise, as well as independent challenge
Develop good relationships with key stakeholders
Identify areas within stakeholder groups where finance support is required and liaise with Group Decision Support Manager to prioritise this support and provide where appropriate.
Support capital management processes across the group and all functions, including standardisation of evaluation and processes, embedding of best practise processes across the group and consistency of business cases.
Support the ongoing IT finance processes including understanding of cost drivers, identification of value driving opportunities, best practise business cases
Support group wide Pepsi finance processes
Guardian of specific finance processes across the group (to be defined)
Support the delivery of the Group Decision Support vision with the Group Decision Support Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications Required:
Degree or equivalent.
Qualified Accountant - ACMA / ACCA / ACA
Experience Skills Required:
Commercial finance experience, preferably in a FMCG environment.
Strong analytical and excel skills
Proactive, forward looking and challenging mindset.
Proven ability to develop relationships with business stakeholders, developing business partnering skills
