A highly entrepreneurial, global manufacturing organisation are currently looking to appoint a Group Finance Director. The business has an outstanding growth record both in the UK and Internationally and is renowned for quality products and customer service. Reporting to the CEO this is a high profile appointment and as part of the board will play a major part in the future direction and strategy of the group. The organisation has a high growth strategy and in addition to overseeing the finance department you will play a lead role in identifying potential acquisition targets.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record of success within a size able, international manufacturing/engineering organisation. You will possess first class communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to challenge effectively where necessary whilst building relationships quickly.
