Group Finance Manager recruitment
Reporting to the Finance Director your duties will entail a good blend of commercial interaction with the development teams, management accounting, financial analysis and liaison with main board level.
Main duties include:
• Working with the Finance Director on all lending activity including banking relationships
• Monthly production of management accounts operational reports for departmental directors
• Reviewing and distribution to the board of financial appraisals for new land acquisitions existing development projects
• Financial optimisation of site layouts, build programmes and planning negotiations
• Complex financial modelling group financial forecasting
• Liaison with departmental directors to support their understanding of financial information
• Contributing to the financial management and commercial development of the group
• Managing a small team
You will be a qualified accountant who has had considerable exposure to the property development process, in either a residential or commercial property context.
You must possess a genuine interest in development appraisal and financing, as well as being committed to expanding the traditional finance manager's remit.
