Group Finance Operations Manager recruitment

Our client, a leading recruitment business, has created an exciting new role within Group Operations. The role will take responsibility for the efficient running of our Group Payroll and Invoicing Functions, initiating and driving operational and technological improvements across group finance functions. They will be responsible for ensuring that clear SLA's are in place with all Group and Non Group clients and they will be responsible for adherence to these. The role will report weekly to Group FC and Group FD, and monthly to Group Operations Board on Finance kpi's and weekly processing activity and will be targeted on driving improvements in these.

Responsibilities:

The Individual: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in managing Group payroll and invoicing functions within the recruitment industry. They must have a proven track record in initiating and driving operational and technological efficiencies within recruitment back office. The individual we are looking for will have a high level of service motivation and the ability to manage and maintain strong client relationships.
