Group Financial Controller
We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our Business Support team in Helsinki.
Job description
As a Group Financial Controller you will be managing the financial accounts of the GIA Group globally. Your responsibilities include the monthly consolidation of the group accounts and coordination of the book closing process with the subsidiaries, as well as controlling and coordination of the parent company’s outsourced accounting services. In your role you will also be in charge of the preparation of monthly Management reports, Cash flow reports and other ad hoc reports. You will be involved in taxation, performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with suitable, preferably graduate level education, and preferably 3-7 years of experience in accounting, with strong group consolidation knowledge. Having worked in an international accounting environment is considered a strong asset. We appreciate an analytical mindset, accuracy, good social skills, and a motivated, positive, independent and proactive approach to work. Good command of both English and Finnish will be essential in the role.
