Group Financial Controller recruitment
Position Summary:
Reporting into the Group CFO, this is a no. 2 position in the group. The successful candidate will be expected to lead all MA activity including purchase price negotiation and post-acquisition integration and will take a hands-on role in developing this rapidly growing business further.
With additional responsibility for all financial reporting consolidations across 25+ entities, this is a challenging and highly visible role across the business.
Suitable candidates will demonstrate a strong track record in relationship management, board liaison and presentation in addition to extensive experience of interpreting financial data in order to support commercial decision making within a large blue-chip business.

Requirements:
- Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) - preferably from a Big 4 environment
- Technically competent with IFRS
- Demonstrated a track-record of managing complex multi-county consolidations
- Prior MA experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential
- Highly effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate progress, issues and recommendations in a concise manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- FMCG industry experience will be viewed favourably but all non-FS sectors will be considered
