Group Financial Controller recruitment
My client is a well-established and successful Investment Company with a wide range of International and National Investments.
Their mission is to build a quality financial services group centred on specialist funding and alternative asset management. With a significant fund base and a fast growing portfolio of subsidiary financial services companies, it is now time to employee an experienced accountant to fill a newly created Group Financial Controller role.
Reporting directly to the Group FD, you will;
* Prepare monthly consolidated financial accounts and financial reports to the board
* Prepare annual and interim group financial statements under IFRS
* Lead various group reporting process improvements
* Prepare consolidated business plans and annual budgets
* Manage treasury and cashflow forecasting
* Manage relationships with subsidiary company finance directors, stockbrokers and auditors
The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post qualified experience working within a financial services organisation. Experience in a group / consolidations role is also essential.
