As Group FPA Manager you will responsible for managing a team of 3 through a full budgeting and forecasting cycle. The business is currently going through a period of significant organisational change and it is vital that the successful candidate possesses the leadership, organisational and commercial skills necessary to ensure an optimal result.

Key responsibilities include:
Budget / Forecast Process
• Develop planning / budgeting framework
- Engage with business to develop budget process that also supports divisional needs (short term and long term)
- Document budget process
- Prepare high level timetable in consultation with stakeholders
• FPA timetable - Develop detailed timetable for FPA team (daily tasks dependencies)
• Draft group presentation template and supporting analysis requirements
• Review consolidated budget / forecast results
Scenario Modelling
• Design process and tools for acquisition impact / scenario modelling
• Review Impact Statements to include in acquisition reports (AC)
• Discuss acquisition impact with BU finance teams / CFO / strategy
• Review scenario output
Ratings agency reporting
• Design rating agency reporting templates
• Draft rating agency presentations
Business Partnering
• Manage Relationships with Divisional Finance Group Finance Peers
• Manage relationships with non-finance peers (IR, strategy, Risk)
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading an FPA function ideally within a listed company or large multinational environment. Prior experience with process improvement / systems implementation and strong systems skills including Excel will be highly regarded. Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills are also necessary as the role requires significant interaction with the Executive leadership team.
