Group Head of Business Development

My client is a market leading Swiss Private Bank based in Geneva. They are searching for a professional and highly qualified individual to head their Business Development segment Globally.

Mission
To assume responsibility for all business development activities relating to the
provision of all trust, foundation, company and related wealth planning services. In doing so, the person in this position will coordinate,
enhance and improve delivery of the same with a view to meeting global new revenue targets as agreed with the CEO.

Responsibilities
-Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities from all sources,
both internal, including existing client mandates, and external.
-Achieve personal new revenue targets in addition to global new revenue targets.
-Develop a range of insurance-based wealth planning solutions.
-Advise and assist with the development of a range of trusts, foundations,
companies and related wealth planning structures.
-Develop and implement a suitable wealth planning training programme for
relationship managers.
-Ensure the implementation of administrative procedures and other directives so as to ensure consistency and quality in administrative standards and take steps to reduce the overall risk incurred by the company.
-Adhere to the company?s code of conduct, policies, procedures and directives,
as well as to all KYC and AML responsibilities as prescribed under relevant
laws.

Profile
-Recognized international trust (or related professional) qualification.
-Extensive trust and fiduciary services experience.
-International tax and legal expertise with an ability to understand and advise
on cross-border issues.
-Proven business development skills.
-General knowledge of banking and investment services.
-Excellent command of English and French.
-Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, client- and solution-oriented,
with an ability to manage stress.
