Our newly created Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility will be responsible for; reviewing all global CSR activity, developing a best practice strategic framework, obtaining endorsement from the Lend Lease Board and senior executive team, and delivering the new strategy on both a global and regional level. Ultimately, through managing budget spend across the Group, this role will deliver both savings and improved business outcomes.
To succeed in this role you will have experience in developing best practice “future state” CSR frameworks within large corporate environments, have delivered and embedded large scale CSR strategies and can demonstrate the business returns from both an internal and external perspective in your previous positions.
