Group Head of Reward & Benefits (m/f) recruitment
Objectives:
• The Group Head of Reward Benefits has responsibility for the Group coordination of rewards and benefit policies as developed and applied by its Main Office and Subsidiaries.
• At Senior Staff level he/she is the main source of information to ExCo, Remuneration Committees, local CEO and Chief HR (Group, Head Office Subsidiaries) on every domain of Compensation Benefits. “Senior Staff” target group is defined by Remuneration Committees, partially by KBL Group ExCo.
• Key role concerning reward packages during Due Diligences.
• He/she will define and implement policies and rules allowing to gather the most professional information of local Markets on reward related domains like job grades, salary, bonuses, retention plans, savings plans, stock option and share plans, car policies, fringe benefits and other.
• He/She will determine the Group policy for a wide range of domains like job grading, fixed salary models, salary increase policy, performance appraisal policy and bonuses, plus existing and future employee benefits including the pension plans. Determining the Group policy for life assurance, profit-sharing, company cars, medical insurance packages and all other benefits will also be an area of responsibility, as well as relocation and expatriate policy.
• As a Budget Manager he/she will report annually, at global level, on the overall KBL Group compensation benefits budgets and use.
• He/She will prepare – in close cooperation with local Compensation Benefits Officers (alternatively HR Directors of Subsidiaries) all the information needed by Remuneration Committees organized at the level of Main Office and each Subsidiary.
• He/She will contribute, as a Member of the Group HR Management Team, in the Group HR policy making process, and supports HR guidelines and rules to get them known and implemented by KBL Main Office and Subsidiaries.
Qualifications:
- University level (MBA, Master of Law, Master in Human Resources Manager)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR e.g. as Compensation Benefits Manager of the Main Office of an international Organisation, or as key Staff Member (“Right Hand”) of the Group Head of Reward.
- Experience in other domains of HR – or outside HR - is a plus.
- Multicultural and intercontinental business experience, regardless of the job.
Know-How:
- Up to date knowledge of current employment, compensation and expatriate law issues in countries where KBL is represented.
- A conceptual insight of banking activities and optimal organisational structures in order to reach strategic goals.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ready to travel throughout the Globe (e.g. in case of Due diligences) and to work several days a year in Countries where KBL Main Office and Subsidiaries are based.
Languages:
- English, French.
- Dutch, Luxembourgish and German are interesting options
