About our client
This is a very rare opportunity to join a growing SME funder in a senior position.
Responsibilities
- All sales functions including objectives, management of the expanding team and maintaining and expanding the broker network
- Direct and co-ordinate all sales activities for the group, this will involve developing annual sales plans and monthly sales budgets in co-ordination with the group CEO
- You will spend a significant portion of time in the field, both with individual accounts, brokers and co-traveling with sales personnel
Skills we’re looking for
- You will be a highly experienced sales manager
- Experience of dealing with SME’s and SME brokers
- Demonstrable track record of budget achievement
- Prior experience of managing and building a successful team
- Excellent communication skills and self-evident drive and determination
