Group Healthplan Administrator Job in West London, London UK

An exciting opportunity to join an expanding insurance intermediary based in West London. The successful applicant will join a small team of technicians / administrators handling an expanding book of International Corporate Medical expense cover. The duties will incorporate 3 functions.

1. You will liaise closely with the client scheme co-ordinators to add, delete and update membership schedules on Excel spreadsheets, inform insurers of changes,confirm cover with clients and issue policy documents.
2. The role will also involve recording claims, notifying insurers,arranging appointments with medical providers and liaising with claimants.
3. Administer all post-claim correspondence to ensure that hospital invoices are logged and forwarded to insurers for payment.

Applicants MUST be organised with strong administrative skills, be proficient on MS Excel and have knowledge of handling claims, particularly in resect to medical expenses.
