Group Leader
We are currently seeking a Group Leader for our Chester County/ Kelton, PA facility. The Group Leader reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Job Summary:
The Group Leader will provide direction and support to employees within the Production area. They also operate blow mold machines and other machines and follow our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate activities of warehouse, production, quality control or maintenance teams.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Other duties as assigned by a management.
- Group Leaders provide leadership to personnel in one or more of the departments listed below:
Production :
- Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks.
- Train blow mold or injection machine operators and palletizer operators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process problems and make minor repairs to blow-mold and support equipment.
- Adhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure.
- Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
- Perform mechanical adjustments and repairs.
- Assist the maintenance department with preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changes.
- Prepare document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- One to three years experience in a production group leader role.
- Blow molding experience a must.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :
- Current OSHA forklift driving certification

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
