This current opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Hydrogeologist to take a leadership position for their NSW Hydrogeology and Groundwater services. The role will combine commercial and technical skills in that it will lead an immediate team of six senior hydrgeologists on a range of resource projects throughout NSW and Qld. Ideally the successful candidate will be based in the Sydney office although there is the flexibility for the position to be based from the Hunter office
Key skills required for the role are a minimum of ten years relevant experience within a commercially focused environment, experience in business development and team leadership skills, experience working on mine dewater and groundwater studies related to resource projects and strong client management and liaison skills
Other key areas of experience that would be highly preferred would be experience working within the local market with and an existing network of contacts (although interstate and international candidates will be considered), and experience working on coal seam gas projects
