Group Liability Insurance and Risk Manager
You play a key role in the management of Adecco Group's liability insurance portfolio on a global level. You optimize and streamline Adecco's insurances ranging from local to global coverage for different business units in various countries. You manage contractual risks and related group policies of the Adecco Group in close cooperation with sales, legal and risk management functions on a global and local level. You ensure that the insurance portfolio as a whole and the risk profile of major international commercial contracts are aligned with Adecco's culture, risk tolerances, and overall business goals.
Key activities:
- provide proactive and expert risk and liability insurance management tailored to Adecco's business on an international level;
- coordinate with sales, legal and risk management functions to decide on risk and insurance approach to major international commercial contracts with increased risk exposure;
- develop and implement an on-going insurance portfolio optimization process based on assessing needs, analyzing the current insurance portfolio, comparing market solutions and substituting insurance products where needed,
- work closely with local Adecco organizations in numerous countries and assists in optimizing their liability insurance setup;
- negotiate with international insurers and insurance brokers on an international level;
- manage the internal ICOFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) risk management process within the Group Legal Team;
- assist and take responsibility in other duties and special projects as assigned by the General Counsel
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
- university degree in law • competent in insurance matters and experienced in the field of general liability, professional indemnity, property, DO and similar insurance programs
- 4 plus years of relevant previous work experience as in-house insurance expert within a large group of companies or internationally active brokerage or insurance consultancy
- proficient in project management with solid experience both as project leader and team member
- excellent analytical and communication skills
- very proficient in spoken and written English, all other languages are an asset
- entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and proactive, energetic and initiative taking
