In this role the Annual Operating Plan Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Annual Operating Plan and latest estimates process.
The key deliverables in this role will be to deliver a fit for purpose Annual Operating Plan which is fully integrated, embedding the processes globally to ensure quality plans and latest estimates are delivered on time and work within the context of the Global MI Change programme.
Key responsibilities include:
Working with Global Functional Heads, deliver a globally controlled consistent approach to the AOP process
Defining project scope, planning all project activities and managing the successful implementation and conducting post implementation activities
Manage interface with other MI change intiatives
Ensure a sound governance structure is in place to drive issue resolution, risk management and decision making
The ideal candidate will come from a large blue chip background with strong project manager experience. You will also have the ability to facilitate meeting, conduct effective briefings and presentations.
