Group Product Director, Concierge & Customer Care – Global role recruitment

Our Client is a international leader in healthcare, medical and security assistance, and concierge services company
Group Product Owners support the development of the PL of their product worldwide at GrossOperatingProfit level. The support is two-fold: setting and implementing a standard structure for the product worldwide and supporting the operational expansion and profitability with the regional Sales and Operations teams.
The Group Product Director, CCC will have key areas of responsibility:
- To drive forward the overall worldwide business of CCC Services, including overseeing and driving the functional PL on a Gross Operating Profit basis.
- Project Manage strategic CCC developments including the integration of the VIPdesk product suite the development of new products services
- Design/manage the CCC network through the Provider Experience organisation or through direct negotiation with technology enablers
- Actively support and facilitate all CCC opportunities to clients that arise
- Manage special projects when assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Group Product Director, CCC will be the Global Product Manager for CCC Services as defined by the Group General Manager, Enhancement Services and the Group Managing Director.
Sales and Business
- Drive forward the overall worldwide business of CCC business activity, including the functional PL at Gross Operating Profit level
- In conjunction with Global Account Directors, HOEs the Group VP CCC Operations, lead the response on global concierge customer care RFP’s/RFI’s
- Pipeline review, monitoring of the financials and budget
- Support the growth of existing CCC accounts and up-sell/cross-sell existing accounts to include CCC
- Selection and focus: key strategies and priorities
- Interface with the relevant Operations Managers to ensure that the business needs for the Group are met.
Product Strategy, Alignment and Standardisation
- Provide the standard product positioning (what, when, where, how) that will drive the standard operational guidelines for the services as well as the SM sales referral model
- Together with the relevant HOEs operations directors and after strategic reviews, (re)productise and format existing products (and new services as required after senior management go-ahead)
- Provide thought leadership for new product development and coordinate the product initiatives, in line with and integrated in the overall worldwide product strategy
- Project manage international teams on core development required for the product
- Support the marketing and training teams to develop and enhance sales and marketing materials and deliver training on CCC
Product Management
- Establish processes and the referral model for new services
- Own and develop strategy and product consistency/alignment
- Proforma development for management of financial performance
- Review and development of sales proposal templates
- In conjunction with relevant GADs or HOEs, coordinate large and/or non standard client initiatives
- Develop and train the regional enhancement sales specialists, in core strategic regions
- Co-ordinate actions and provide thought leadership to the regional sales specialists to assist in optimising the business development of the product
- Assist regions in practical client projects, manage some client interactions and solve major client complaints that cannot be solved at regional level
- Design and oversee the development of the CCC network, working in conjunction with the Provider Experience organisation
- Interact with all regions at all levels to promote CCC
Desired Skills Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience; broad and comprehensive regional/global experience in banking, credit cards, mass-affluent consumer/enhancement marketing and insurance
- Successful track record of business development and management
- Extensive experience in product development and profitability management
- Proven leadership skills, with effective communication skills and an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
- Strong evidence of problem solving, analytical and project management skills
