Group Reporting COO recruitment
In this finance business management role you will be ensuring that relevant and sufficient governance, resources and processes are in place to enable Group reporting and Finance Transfer Pricing to operate efficiently. You will drive the development of a performance review and management methodology and process, including standards, metrics and service level agreements. It is expected that this framework is developed across Group Reporting. In addition you will ensure that an effective run the bank governance model evolves quickly and tools are put in place to monitor effectiveness for the new operation. A key part of this role will be to present to senior management and represent transfer pricing and the COO group in senior forums and committees as a credible lead
To be successful in your application you will have:
- An ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification
- A background in Finance at an Investment Bank as a Finance COO who has a track record in delivering short term projects and milestones within reporting or transfer pricing
- A consulting background in Investment Banking
- Strong stakeholder management
