Position overview:
- Sales Reporting maintains the ASPEN Global database which is owned by Sales and contains static RC data for sales people, clients, products, sectors, stock and trade details.
- The team supports CIB sales force where daily exposure is regularly to Directors Managing Directors.
- The primary function of the department is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data provided to the sales team.
- Excellence in relationship management, communication at senior levels and interpretation of business requirements is essential, whilst working within the team to delivering excellence in performance.
- These roles require a significant amount of interaction with Business Management across the region (Tokyo, Sydney, HK Singapore)
- The Sales Reporting team is responsible for the offshore management of DMT and DKS and should engage in effective communication by continuing daily, weekly calls and updates. The DKS relationship management is critical as day to day operations are performed there.
Job responsibilities:
- The primary functions of these analysts are to report development, production and analysis, Trade and issue research, Aspen Data maintenance, and Project Management.
- Sales Reporting are also responsible for the DB Credits reporting and accuracy as well as the exceptions management.
- Continuous process review improvement to ensure optimized use of the team in Manila and the onshore teams.
- The team needs to work with the regional manager to work with Business Management on new initiatives for sales driven client focus in the future.
- They should ensure the region is appropriately represented in global discussions through reciprocal communications on key issues.
- Ensure proactive knowledge management through documentation, procedures and controls around the process.
- Work in partnership with ICG to understand interpret their ICG Book of Work (BOW) for Debt and Equity, where the team will be planning coordinating projects upon Business Management request with IT and the Developers.
- Manage the exception maintenance within STR and help implement monitor key KPIs for senior management.
- Manage the current daily, weekly, monthly list of reports generated by the Team for Sales.
- Develop and maintain network with various areas within TMG, OPS and IT to utilize firm-wide knowledge of other areas of the Bank which affect client and sales reporting.

- This role requires excellent client service and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to interface effectively across multiple levels of seniority locations
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
Good organization skills - Enthusiasm and drive for success is a must as there are often many hurdles and barriers in this high pressure role.
- The primary goal for the business analysts is to be successful meeting deadlines and commitments, and ensure those initiatives are met with encouragement and pride of quality.
- Prioritization and exceptional management skills are also critical factors for success in this role as the clients we support have many different personalities.
- He/she must convey a strong sense of professionalism, and demonstrate a high level of adaptability and commitment in a high energy environment.
- Candidate will possess a strong, multi-faceted and dynamic personality as the position involves interaction with various areas and disciplines within the Bank from Front to Back Office to IT.
- Candidates should be able to adopt to a strong team orientated environment and have excellent thoroughness and attention to detail

- Ability to show initiative and self-motivation is key to drive the team forward towards future goals.
