Department Overview
Global Business Services is fast developing into a market leading client services and transaction processing organization for Deutsche Bank. GBS is committed to one strategy; to deliver world class client service at exceptional value to our internal and external clients.

GBS predominantly supports the Corporate Investment Bank, but also provides business services across the Bank.

The core functions are spread across multiple product groups including Derivatives, Securities, Global Finance Foreign Exchange, Cash Trade, Commodities, Loans, Trust Securities, as well as cross-product functions and utilities. GBS operates a follow the sun model to ensure seamless services are provided to Deutsche Bank’s clients.

Position Overview
The Business Manager (BM) will cover regional strategic initiative, support the Branch Governance Model and will also be the primary BM supporting the Risk PL and Trade Support functions. This role will have other regional products oversight and also assist the current APAC Business Manager in supporting the Regional Financial OPCO and implement costs governance and control process.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organizational and data analysis abilities, Excel and PowerPoint expertise and confidence to interact with all levels of the organization.

Experience in previous business management, business consulting, business analysis or business finance roles is preferred

You will need to work with peers at all levels, both regionally and globally and hence this is a chance to develop your networking and people management skills, in addition to honing your project management and organizational skills.
