Technology is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of leading-edge software applications. They create the core systems that process trades, assess risk and deliver data. Job responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and ensure all static data is setup in all systems from front to back.
• Managing the flow settlement of MM related trades into the various market settlement systems for example Wallstreet, SWIFT, Smartstream Reconciliation, etc.
• Ensure trades are processed for DB branches such as DBIA, DB Jakarta and DB SG.
• Investigate and resolve any trade, cash, position and Nostro reconciliation breaks and ensure closures with other departments.
• Monitors and coordinates of any reconciliation breaks and initiatives with Asia (ex Japan ANZ) branches.
• Responds to queries in relation to settlements and confirmations .

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years experience within Operations, preferably in the Money Market area.
• Good working knowledge of Money Market Products and its associated market conventions.
• A strong knowledge of SWIFT and vendor supported payment systems.
• Awareness of Operational risk and the various controls required to settle all underlying transactions.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to market changes.
• Flexibility to interchange within a team and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues independently and quickly.
• Ability to work as a part of cohesive team whilst interacting with our internal counterparts on a regular basis.
• Working knowledge of reconciliations and its associated processes.
