Position Overview
The Operations Analyst undertakes the processing of transactions, events or data processing within a functional team.

This role forms an integral part of the HR solutions operations team in Singapore. Management of the day to day administration including invoicing activities and booking of relevant accruals. The role has a strong linkage to group finance and will require a close working relationship with both the HR and finance teams.

Ideally the candidate should have some background in finance or accounting as well as an advanced skill set in the MS office suite of products.

Key aspects of the role will also involve documentation of KOPs,maintenance of Business Continuity procedures for the HRS group and active project participation.

Responsibilities
• Identify additional administrative functions that could be incorporated into the team on an ongoing basis, preparing and presenting the As Is and To Be processes with recommendations
• Processing of all vendor invoices, purchase orders and associated follow up
• Customer and service orientation with strong focus on process orientation
• Strong follow-through and ownership over closure of issues
• Sensitivity to SLA driven approach , accountability based work ethic
• Work with HRS management on further streamlining and process improvement including reduction in manual processes
• Participate in various HRS projects and initiatives
• Responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of transactions (including performing all relevant controls) within own area of responsibility
• Applies all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs and quality measures
• Provides input, as appropriate, to product / function development to ensure a superior offering in the face of changing client needs and market trends
• Ensures the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate; contributes to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions
• Uses knowledge and experience from own area of responsibility to inform the design and implementation of strategies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency and performance of existing processes and reports
• Works effectively within own team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to create and foster an environment of continuous improvement
