Position overview:
Cash Management business is supported by the Global Business Services (GBS) for processing, including Client on boarding, Payment processing Risk control, documentation.
Candidate will join the GBS - Change Management Team in Singapore and report to the CM – Regional Cash lead in managing the change related activities in Asia Pacific for Cash.
Job responsibilities:
- Engage and review new business initiatives, products and markets with the respective business lines and infrastructure groups to define the operating model and identify the appropriate support solution
- Candidate will need to be familiar with all the Operating Procedures, implementing and monitoring of control framework
- This role involves significant interaction with Regional Product Lead, GBS, Sales, Credit, Finance, IT, Compliance Legal, Middle Office, and a variety of internal and external clients.
- Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated and approved according to required procedures.
- Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Ensure the project is resourced appropriately.
- Ensure the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan or any agreed changes to the plan and according to agreed project management standards.
- Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting is provided.
- Ensure that requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artefacts are documented and tracked.
- Ensure that appropriate meetings are held and that outputs and artefacts are produced and distributed. Chair the relevant meetings.
- Utilize the relevant governance bodies / steering committees for the purpose they are established.
- Ensure that the project work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets/
- Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication
- Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate
- Ensure the project spends according to the agreed financial plan
- Manage project team members consistent with our management principles
- Where applicable provide other relevant support as required by the programme manager
Ensure the project closes according to required procedures
Candidate requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant experience in any Cash Management Operations with a solid understanding in Operational workflows, Operational Risks, Controls and Accounting
- Market knowledge of Cash Management Products and Business would be an advantage.
- Strong People Management Skills
- High caliber individual with lots of initiatives
- Ability to multi task and prioritize in high pressure environment
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge on Microsoft applications
