Miracle Playsystems is the leading designer and distributor of commercial grade play equipment, shelters, spray parks, site amenities and safety surfacing in Northern California. 

Miracle Playsystems has worked with all clients ranging from School districts with 50+ playgrounds, to Landscape Architects working to create a fully customized design, to Park and Rec districts that require longevity and top notch customer service to handle maintaining and updating equipment to accommodate the newest safety standards. We even work with Parent
groups and Churches! Miracle Playsystems has leveraged over 30 + years of research and experience in designing and creating play environments that produce the highest play value, safest, and most unique play areas available on the market. Miracle Playsystems has also sponsored CPRS (California Park and Recreation Society) and ASLA American Society of Landscape Architects )events, created and broadcast educational videos on the play
industry designed to help educate our customers, and streamlined the overall
purchasing process.

As a Business Development Manager, your primary mission will
be to increase sales of play equipment to the 3 main categories of clients:
City’s, School’s and Landscape Architects while also working with Developers,
Churches, Preschools private agencies. You will be on the phone setting
meetings each day and in the car driving to client meetings on a daily basis.
You will also coordinate with client’s maintenance staff on the replacement of
parts in order to maintain products that have already been sold and are in the
ground.  You’ll be supported by an
internal design office staff that will work with you to generate your
proposals in order to keep you in front of clients.  You will have the ability to convey your
vision for a project to our design staff who will then work with you to create
your vision for your project.  At times
you’ll also have the ability to design your own projects when time and
circumstances allow. A strong familiarity with working autonomously without
daily direction from a manager will be key as you provide regular status
updates on current projects, new projects and existing clients.  Proficiency with MS Suite of products
including but not limited to Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel as well as
proficiency with Auto Cad will ensure your success. Sales training, coaching
and mentoring will be offered to the right candidate, so even if you haven’t
ever considered a sales position, this could be the right position for you. This
