GSAM, Business Development Services – Analyst/ Associate recruitment

The Global Business Development Services (BDS) Team, consisting of 15 members, supports GSAM’s Sales Teams. The primary responsibilities of BDS are to complete RFPs, RFIs and to update Consultant databases. The Team is organised in two functions: RFP project management, and Consultant database management. We are seeking a professional to handle RFPs in our London office.

Responsibilities

•Coordination and completion of high quality RFPs and RFIs from prospective clients, consultants, and, existing clients in a timely and accurate manner
•Develop strong working relationships with product management teams, sales professionals, client relationship managers, and other groups
•Maintain extensive BDS database on all investment products, firm profiles, and operating capabilities
•Specialise in one or more products and work closely with those product teams and BDS counterparts in other offices
•Completion of various data requests from internal teams such as Assets under Management and Personnel.

•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
•Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and ability to work successfully within a team environment.
•Comprehensive technical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
