GSAM, Global Liquidity Sales, VP (Beijing) recruitment

We are looking for a highly driven sales individual to sell our global liquidity products, based in China.

Principal responsibilities

• Driving development of new global liquidity business across assigned geographical area
• Work closely and collaboratively with other GSAM, IBD and GS sales people to maximise sales and information flow
• Building and developing relationships with clients and prospects at a senior level.
• The individual would be expected to drive strategic dialogue relating to balance sheet investing with corporate treasurers and potentially C level executives.
• Managing existing relationships and maximising wallet share
• Building the GSAM brand throughout geographical area through GSAM workshops and seminars

Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Global Liquidity products or in working with corporate treasurers would be a strong plus. The individual should have a good knowledge of corporate treasury and a working knowledge of corporate balance sheet investing.
• Genuine commitment to generating and closing sales opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Mandarin skills are imperative (spoken and written)
• Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
• Collaborative and strong team player
