GSAM, Product Documentation, Product Development – Senior Analyst/Associate recruitment

Working as part of the Product Development team the candidate will lead all aspects of product documentation associated with the development of new asset management products and the maintenance of existing products for European distribution.

Responsibilities:

•To facilitate and project manage all aspects of product documentation for the development and maintenance of GSAM’s offshore funds, including:
•Drafting prospectuses and product descriptions for new products and amendments to existing products.
•Drafting notices related to product restructuring, mergers and changes.
•Facilitating the creation and maintenance of Key Investor Information Documents and other associated key features documents.
•Supporting the registration process of existing and new funds enabling the public distribution and promotion of funds.
•Keep abreast of major developments in the industry (i.e. tax, regulations, competition, etc.) that pose new opportunities or threats to our business.
•Assess the competitive position of the product range, proposing and implementing changes to existing products to improve their positioning.

Responsibilities

•Educated to degree level or equivalent
•Minimum of 3-5 years investment industry experience, preferably in a product development, product documentation or paralegal role
•Project management skills
•Knowledgeable about the local regulatory environment and structuring of collective investment vehicles
•Strong communications and interpersonal skills
•Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines
•Creative, innovative, and pro-active
