The GSE Compliance Manager will be responsible for handling interactions with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Ginne Mae including but not limited to audits, loan reviews and policy change/implementation. This individual will report directly to the Senior Manager, Investor Fulfillment and will play a key role in Ocwen’s continued success in servicing agency loans.

Responsibilities include:

• Review, interpret and distribute GSE servicing guide requirements to the proper Ocwen business units • Perform planning, testing, and reporting on risk/control-based projects within assigned budgets and timelines

• Monitor and clear outstanding project findings • Assist with facilitation of agency onsite audits and loan level reviews

• Conduct meetings with management

• Assist with special requests, when required

• Manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining efficiency

• Research and review information to identify risks/controls

• Prepare flowcharts/narratives to document business processes

• Develop program for the testing of identified controls

• Execute testing and draw conclusion based on results

• Document testing performed on processes

• Prepare reports summarizing results and identified exceptions

• Review management responses and supporting documentation provided for the clearance of open exceptions

• Provide guidance to other auditors requiring assistance

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree required

• Minimum of two years of audit/compliance experience preferably in mortgage or financial services industries

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build effective relationships externally and internally

• Superior Excel based research and analysis skills

• Able to manipulate data from various sources to create reporting and provide analysis

• Strong understanding of GSE servicing guide requirements

• Risk/control identification

• Documentation of business processes (process mapping experience is preferred)

• Testing program development and implementation

• Ability to be proactive and perform tasks independently is required

• Ability to perform complex calculations using calculators and systems is required

• Complex problem solving and strong analytical skills are required

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required

• Ability to be flexible to work schedule changes is required

• Ability to work in a team environment is required
