About Global Banking -Global Transaction Banking
Global Transaction Banking offers advisory services, financing and transaction banking of the most innovative kind. Governments, institutions and corporates all come to us for our expertise, allowing us to shine in even the most challenging markets.
Global Transaction Banking employs over 5,000 people in 45 countries. We deliver commercial banking products and services for corporate clients and financial institutions, including domestic and cross-border payments, professional risk mitigation and financing for international trade, asset and liability management, as well as trust, agency, depositary, custody, clearing, agency-lending and fund administration services. Our business units include Cash Management, Trade Finance and Trust Securities Services.

Summary
Selling services and products of cash management to below clients for onshore and offshore business, to meet target budget.
1) Multi National Corporates or German/Dutch Mid Caps, where Deutsche Bank has relation in other countries (usually at HQ level) for onshore business in Japan.
2) Large Japanese Corporates for offshore business.

Job Responsibilities
? To be responsible for individual sales performance meeting the budget,  become the market leader in cash management, and always meet customer satisfaction.
? To develop and implement sales plans and strategies along with the region, pitch in for new business deals with new clients and grow business with existing clients.
? Reply to RFP's (Request for Proposal, which corporates issues when selecting a bank).
? To identify needs and priorities clients.
? To formulate solution structure for the clients based on their needs and encompassing cash management products and solutions.
? Customize/develop new products where revenue-justified, along with region product team and local/region IT.
? To make pricing and procedural structuring of the deals.
? To coordinate handovers of the deals between Sales and Implementation Service.
? To assist to Head of TFCMC Japan in planning and administrative responsibilities.

Key Competencies
? Fluent in Japanese and English.
? Capable of sales.

Qualifications and Experience
? Have good communication knowledge and teamwork skills.
? Have high potential and willingness to work in GTB/CMC
? Commercial banking background, preferably Japanese banking experience, to understand Japanese corporate's culture and requirement.
