Ideally candidates will have the ability to analyze problems, make quick decisions and learn PC technology concepts such as hardware configurations and internet access through different browsers. A minimum of 3 years prior experience within in Transactional Banking or related experience in cash management products and payments is required.

Fluency in English is a pre-requisite and some degree of Spanish would be useful but not necessary. Furthermore ideally candidates will be client focused, have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable with talking directly to clients.

The role will involve coverage of the help desk and ensure quality control, this includes providing telephone support to BBVA London and internal personnel by assisting them with doubts about capabilities and passwords enquiries. Furthermore this role includes being responsible for resolving any quality control issues in files received and to manage customer implementation and training. Within this role it will also be required to assist with:

-  customers with technical issues to ensure access to the Electronic Banking System and provide training when needed

-  testing and the implementation of new modules from  initial testing to pilot

-  responding to technical and security questions in customers responding to technical and security questions in customers RFPs
