The aspect of this role is extremely varied, but will focus on Financial management of GTIS allocations by LoB and GTIS Portfolio transparency.
- GTIS Allocations management includes Business Demand, TCO impact, GTIS efficiencies and savings initiatives impacting the Business.
- GTIS Portfolio transparency includes Investment Portfolio Governance and Program Accounting Processes

GTIS COO, GTIS PMO, Business Divisions IT CFOs, Central IT CFO
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- CIO Engagement relations to develop Demand Management Strategies
- Partner with IT CFOs to provide full IT TCO support and Blue Book development and analysis
- Partner with the PMO, Program Delivery and Investment governance team to provide financials transparency of GTIS programs
- Managing communication with the program delivery lead to ensure that financials for GTIS required Change programs effort are integrated into regular Financial ERA cycle
Financial Management
- GTIS Investment portfolio transparency; eXtract information ownership
- GTIS Bill Production oversight
Budget and Forecasting based on volume consumption
- Multi-year scenarios for volume and expense growth, technology trends, and efficiency initiatives
- Cost Efficiency Portfolio of saving initiatives as a result of GTIS Change programs
- What-if scenario analysis on consumption changes
TCO Management
- Quarterly review of fixed cost allocations and underwriting and Variable Product billing
- Review infrastructure requirements for business cases; Manage Projects Buy-in requirements for GTIS resources and associated Budget transfers
- Financial analysis and support for management presentations related to GTIS allocations and portfolio transparency
- Ongoing enhancement of metrics to support demand management
- Working with the Service Catalog lead to support improvements
The nature of the role means that ad hoc requests have to be priorities/co-coordinated with “business as usual” activities to ensure delivery to meet the needs of the COO and CIO’s requirements to attend senior forums.
This is a highly visible role, with exposure at Executive Director and Managing Director level. The successful candidate will be expected be confident managing both at the detailed and macro levels. They will demonstrate the ability to manage relationships with senior management, persuasively influence peers, and confidently deliver to stringent deadlines. This role calls for a candidate with a strong skill set and solid experience around financials, reporting, analysis, communication and presentation.
