GTS Origination recruitment
The successful candidate will maintain a new and existing portfolio of Non Bank Financial Institution (NBFI); covering Insurers, Asset Managers, Broker Dealers, Pension Funds, Hedge Fund clients, maximize opportunities to increase business with those clients and also develop business with new clients in order to meet financial targets and deliver against the Global Transaction Services (GTS) NBFI growth strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to the assigned client base and work in alignment with client facing franchise partners
Main activities:
- Actively manage and retain a portfolio of existing clients. Take full responsibility for relationship coverage. Work as a trusted advisor to the client base and position GTS as a key strategic partner in meeting the clients’ needs
- Develop new clients in line with the business strategy.
- Manage pipeline and grow client satisfaction and penetration in line with strategy.
- Achieve aggressive targeted levels of growth in volumes, revenues and profitability for GTS through the sale of GTS products and services
- Work closely with client owning teams to develop Client Opportunity Plans where appropriate and drive forward the highlighted opportunities.
- Understand client needs and convert that understanding into value add solutions that are strategically important to the client.
- Work closely with the cross-functional partners (trade advisory, implementations, product, service, etc) to develop and deliver tailored solutions to the client which meets their needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the full suite of GTS products. Participate in or lead cross-functional teams to pursue gaps in offerings
- Support global/regional/cross-boarder initiatives and projects as appropriate
- Ensure solutions are appropriately structured to manage and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio. Ensure risk is managed within parameters deemed acceptable by the bank. Ensure adherence with compliance standards of the bank.
- Understand the external environment (products, regulations, market changes, competitors etc) and its impact on the business and the clients. Represent GTS as appropriate at external forums and bodies and maintain appropriate business networks.
- May have line management responsibility for an Origination Associate(s)
