GTS South China Head recruitment

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

• Primarily responsible for ensuring the effective marketing of the full suite of GTS products to Corporate Banking clients in the region

• Ensure Sales are adequately resourced and accountable for delivering against their agreed objectives

• Ensure team/s understand the business operations, strategies and requirements of clients, how these factors impact the types of GTS products and solutions and embrace a consultative selling and structuring of GTS solutions for clients

• Work closely with Product Managers/Heads as a channel for client feedback and to provide input for product development / enhancement

• Drive the cycle time of mandate-to-money with regional solution delivery heads

• Ensure proposals and pricing inputs are produced in a timely and proper manner.

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University; preferably with a Masters in business / finance / marketing

• 15 years+ of banking experience dealing with Multinational / Large China Corporate clients, preferably in a GTS Sales capacity.

• Excellent track record in GTS Sales as well as experience in managing sales process and diverse teams

• Established local network in financial services

• A proven ability to inspire and deliver change, coach direct reports / their teams

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill (both verbal and written)

• High attention to detail, including an intermediate level of financial statement analysis

• Ability to "manage" the cost and revenue aspect of a portfolio

• Fluent in Mandarin English speaking, writing, reading listening

• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the China market
