Guarantee & Credit Administration Officer recruitment
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Handling standard as well as non-standard Guarantee requests for booking centre Hong Kong and Singapore including documentation management, fee administration, claim process etc.
- Liaise and work with internal stakeholders such as client advisors, credit officers, Legal, Compliance, guarantee units etc.
- Perform credit administration task such as limit setting, document management and handle daily shared mailbox enquiries regarding SBLC, BG, LOU, credit administration and mortgages.
- Advise client advisors on credit documentation and prepare the same for client signature.
- Involvement in regular control tasks and reports as well as participation in credit related projects.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling SBLC/BG, Guarantee Structuring and Documentation
- Any experience in credit administration and documentation within a banking environment would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills with credit background
- Extensive experience with and in-depth knowledge of UCP600/ URDG/ ISP98 is preferred
- Preferably credit experience in a Wealth Management environment
- Fluent in English, any Asian language would be a plus.
