Ex: Medical Disability Duration Guidelines Responsible for executing all communications regarding leaves on the employer?s behalf to the employees and treating medical providers. Completes all communications in a timely manner in order to ensure compliance with the federal and state leave laws Actively communicates to the employee their rights and responsibilities using both oral and written skills Provides guidance to the employee regarding requesting time away from work regarding the process Primary resource for answering employee questions around Leave processes, ER policies, Wage replacement benefit programs, Interpret and apply leave laws to ensure that all family and medical leave standards and protocols are followed under regulatory guidelines, for Federal and State leave laws and company policies for multiple customers across the United States Complete case documentation according to industry standards and also ensures confidentiality of employee records Qualifications : Case Management certification or other acceptable certifications strongly preferred Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred.
