This Global Investment / Corporate / Retail Bank is famous for its recent establishment of its Technology Centre of Excellence in the TEDA District of Tianjin, which is the coveted Chinese Government development district. With the consolidation of all development resources and investments previously in Malaysia and India, they now are seeking to establish a World class entity with such large investment.
They are now seeking to create their brand new performance critical trading technology framework across all Fixed Income business lines in Tianjin and as such, need a hands-on Java Guru Senior Development Manager to be the interface with Regional / Global stakeholders whilst being able to lead, architect and driver delivery of the system.
This job will therefore need your 10+ years experience in hands-on system design and implementation as well as experience in leading and managing a group of 15+ hardcore technologists. The most critical requirement for this job that you will need to fulfil is having experience in developing performance critical systems from scratch! Your ability and experience in researching performance critical Java frameworks, in considering complimentary technologies outside of Java will be essential to build out their World class trading platform. Compromise of quality will NOT be acceptable.
