Handyman
Job Purpose:
Maintains facilities by performing minor repairs to residence in Tarrytown, NY and 2 NYC apartments; must have excellent carpentry skills.
Duties:
* Completes repairs by providing plumbing, bulb-replacement, touch-up painting; building; general electrical fixture; carpentry pool and other services. HVAC, pool knowledge.
* Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures.
